THE SAM WILLOWS LIVE EVENT

To publicize the live event, RAID developed a social strategy + calendar of posts leading up to the event. We worked with The Sam Willows (TSW) band to create videos and visuals, in different formats, over various social platforms to inform and inspire action To give fans an incentive to RSVP, and sign up to be part of the mailing list, RAID developed special mobile wallpapers with lyrics from TSW's album. In addition, fans also stand to win a chance to be a part of a meet and greet session with TSW live at the event. Lastly, to combat high attrition rates, social advertising was used to remind fans about the event over the 3 days leading up to the event.

4. Social Media Advertising - Maximise reach with advertising 
5. Creative Collaterals - Conceptualization + Execution of graphics / video / copywriting 
6. Onsite Social Media Coverage - Live coverage of  Event on Instagram 
7. RSVP - Achieve target number of fans turning up for the event

RESULTS:
Over Facebook, Twitter & Instagram, RAID created massive awareness of event that reached tens of thousands. Fans were also able to access specialised digital content from the band and this lead to an increase in social media following, fan engagement, building of a direct mailing list, as well as, actual attendance for the event that exceeded the targets set by the client.
